Accounting Support

We are currently seeking an entry level Accounting Support to join our team of professionals in Berwyn, PA.

Job Summary:

Accounting Support will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, vendor statements, prepare documents to disburse funds, review information for accuracy, and maintain records. The qualified candidate will be an energetic person, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process payments to vendors
  • Review documents such and invoices and vendor statements
  • Contact vendors to request statements and copies of invoices
  • Review vendor invoices and prepare remittances
  • Answer all e-mails / phone inquiries in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate to/from vendors
  • Setup and maintain vendor records
  • Verifies items billed and resolves/reconciles any differences
  • Assist in Billing
  • Scanning/Filing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements – Education and Experience / Skills and Abilities:

  • Associates Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking capabilities
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Formula)
