The DF Young philosophy is to utilize agent
affiliates worldwide rather than operate company owned offices. Our
feeling is a strong local agent can attract better employees, know
and understand the country laws and regulations more clearly and
can provide a superior overall service. Each agent affiliate has
an independent management team and most have multiple offices in
their region. When selecting agent affiliates, DF Young assesses
financial strength, regional presence, length in business, governmental
compliance and client base. Our goal is to always employ the strongest
agent possible but also one with like corporate philosophies to those
of DF Young.
DF Young currently has offices or agent representation in over 85
countries in every region of the world.
